I created Life with Hashimotoβs to share my story, recipes and connect with other who have an autoimmune disease. I love cooking delicious healthy food, talking health and wellness and teaching Pilates.
My Story
I was diagnosed with Hashimotoβs disease in 2017, after struggling with my health for a year. I was in so much pain I could barely walk, my fatigue was so bad I was a struggle to leave my bed, my hair was falling out and my skin was dry and covered in rashes.
After I received my diagnosis I thought my health would go back to normal but it didnβt. So Iβve spent the last few years learning more about how I can improve my diet and lifestyle to manage my Hashimotoβs symptoms.

Cooking and creating new recipes not only supports my health but it is also a creative outlet for me. Itβs how I relax after a busy day.

Iβm a qualified mat Pilates teacher. Pilates has been so helpful with my healing journey so I became a teacher so I can help others.
