Chia pudding (GF and DF)
I love chia pudding because you can make it the night before and enjoy it in the morning. It’s also a great option if you’re busy in the morning and need to take your breakfast to-go.
Ingredients
4 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup of milk of your choice (I use almond or soy)
1 teaspoon honey
Fresh berries
Chopped almonds
Method
Combine the chia seeds, milk and honey.
Place in a container or jar and leave in the fridge overnight.
Enjoy in the morning topped with berries and crushed almonds.
