Roast chicken salad (GF and DF)

Every day is a good day for a salad! The key to making a great salad is using ingredients you love.

Ingredients

1/4 cup shredded roast chicken breast

1 baby cos lettuce

2 tablespoons grated carrot

1/4 avocado, diced

1 radish, finely sliced

Method

  1. Place the lettuce in a bowl and top with the chicken, avocado, carrot, avocado and radish.

  2. Add a dressing of your choice.

  3. Enjoy!
