Chicken and hummus nourish bowl

Ingredients

¼ cup roast chicken breast

¼ cup roast sweet potato

¼ cup fresh beetroot

¼ baby spinach

¼ avocado, sliced

2 tablespoons hummus

½ cup rice and quinoa, cooked

Method

  1. In a bowl, place the rice and quinoa followed by the rest of the ingredients.

  2. Top with hummus.
