Mango breakfast smoothie (GF and DF)
Start your morning with this refreshing mango and honey smoothie! For added protein add your favourite fruity protein powder.
Ingredients
Β½ cup frozen mango pieces
Β½ almond milk
1 teaspoon almond meal
1 teaspoon honey
Method
Add the mango, almond milk, almond meal and honey to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
